Services Performed: Surveyed 28,000 Acres using Multiple GIS layers and Groundtruthing for Stream and Wetland Mitigation Bank Potential. Screened 66 sites in Two Counties. Developed 12 sites to Conceptual Level for an Umbrella Bank Instrument. Developed Detailed Plans and Construction Estimates for the first four sites. Produced a Detailed Financial Pro Forma Analysis. Later, Assessed Some Sites for Expansion of Stream and Wetland Mitigation Credit and for Best Management Practices (BMPs).
